All Rhinestone911.com Rhinestone Robots are made in Canada using approximately 65% USA/Canadian parts content. Labor, engineering, software programming and code are all 100% written here on site at Permaboss.com Inc. We pride ourselves in being one of the very few high tech hi value manufactures left. Permaboss.com Inc. was the very first company to import the Multimedia Embossing machines in 1999, the first Austrian Rhinestone Robots in 2001 and then the very first Embroidery Bridge Laser in late 2003.

Over the years of firsthand experience with our clients we found that at the end of the day the manufactures in the Eu were no longer valuing our input on how to make the machines more PRODUCTION FRIENDLY. Our in house joke is “It only took 100 years literally for German Car manufactures to add drink cup holders in Cars bound for USA and Canada” but we can’t wait that long! So in late 2008 we embarked on the process of developing from the ground up a series of related machines that complement each other in any decoration business.

In all cases we feel we have the most indepth training process, the most friendly simple to use machines and software. As a matter of fact all our machines only use the very latest windows version (currently windows 7), and include a touch screen pc! Why because our machines made here sell on every continent on earth and instead of worrying about cultures, languages, education and literacy levels we felt that all our machines should be driven by your index fingers via icons! Yes this was a Pre iPad concept and it has worked out amazing.

Permaboss.com Inc. machines are the only machines in their class that can be literally operated safely within seconds of seeing it the first time in your life! We do it at tradeshows all the time.

Back in 2008 when all hell broke loose in the housing and financial markets in the USA I felt it was time to do something directly instead of watching. I felt that if we don’t bring back manufacturing and become competitive by being the most innovative and providing literally the best quality in any machine category we compete in then one day I won’t have a business, my neighbors won’t have a job and the domino effect will start.

Building the machines with the best parts made in the far east, just didn’t work. Quality was always an issue no matter how much we paid or begged and in the end staying at home and using USA and Canadian suppliers worked out for the better. When you included shipping from Asia to our factory in Aurora, the prices were not reasonable but the service, support and warranties totally blew away the junk, even their best junk could not compare to the suppliers here. And we took things a step further!

Even our furniture, forklifts (Raymond, Yale), shelving systems (ReadyRack), CNC router (Multicam), drill presses and tooling (RobbJack etc) you name it are MADE IN USA! That in itself was huge task that wasn’t so easy to accomplish.

While we can’t build a two color rhinestone robot for $6400 out of Korea or China and sell it for $12,000-$17,000- hey I really wish we had those amazing profit margins,  we can however build more robust user friendly 4 color robot with a bigger area for under $20,000! So it’s all about value, longevity, quality, and keeping our friends and neighbors employed with jobs that are not just hospitality and food service related.

When you invest in Permaboss.com Inc equipment you in essence are making a step to becoming a manufacturer yourself. For that reason we don’t sell supplies WE TEACH YOU WHERE TO BUY THEM DIRECT. You can’t be a viable manufacturer in the USA, CANADA or anywhere else if your hand is forced to using middlemen for supplies. By using our trusted supplier referrals you will save enough money in supplies alone to be able to pay for your machine! We don’t double dip, we would rather you purchase more rhinestone robot machines from us down the road, or even the other technologies we offer!
